Visit UD

We could spend days (maybe even weeks) telling you about the University of Dayton. But at UD, we believe that experience is the best teacher. You owe it to yourself to visit campus and see if this is where you belong.

Campus Visit Options

The Office of Admission offers campus visit options to fit your schedule:

Information Sessions
Have questions about UD — or just want to learn more? Attend an information session! Our helpful admission staff will share everything you need to know about UD, and you'll also tour campus. If you select this option, plan to spend about two hours on campus.

Looking for specific information about your major? You can contact the academic department (PDF) directly to schedule an appointment with a faculty member. Please keep in mind that faculty availability may be limited during the summer (May through August).

Campus Tours
Discover the places you'll eat, sleep, learn and have fun for the next four years. A campus tour is scheduled as part of the information session.

Saturday Visits
We know getting to campus can be difficult during the week, so information sessions are offered on select Saturday mornings during the academic year. These sessions consist of an admission and financial aid presentation, along with a campus tour. Dates for the 2008-09 academic year will be posted soon.

Overnight Programs
Late nights, early mornings, interesting classes and fun with friends. Experience life at UD firsthand during an overnight visit. Overnight visits are available during the spring semester to students who have been accepted to UD.

Open Houses
Discover why more than 6,800 students call UD their home-away-from-home during an open house. Several open house events are offered during the fall semester.
