Affording UD

An education at the University of Dayton is an exceptional value. We are leaders in helping families afford a private education and have developed a complete program of financial aid options to meet your needs.

In 2007 more than 99 percent of incoming first-year students received some form of institutional aid (scholarships and grants). Last year, we provided nearly $44 million in institutional aid to our students, and additional need-based aid is also available.

We strongly encourage you submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to the processing agency as soon as possible after January 1, and list the University of Dayton (CODE #003127) to receive the results. Visit the FAFSA Web Site >>

Prior to January 1, you can complete the FAFSA4caster to receive a free early estimate of your child's financial aid eligibility. Visit the FAFSA4caster Web Site >>

For more information, please contact the Office of Financial Aid at 800-427-5029 or finaid@udayton.edu. Our highly trained and knowledgeable staff is available to help you design a financial plan that meets your needs.
